Due to the nature of the products, we will only accept returns with conditions as outlined below:
* Your purchase is within 2 weeks from the date of order being placed.
* Product packaging is unopened and undamaged. The condition of the product packaging should be the same as before it was dispatched from our warehouse.
* You have received the " return & exchange " case number from us.
Upon receipt of your feedback and subject to the conditions above being met, a return & exchange case number will be generated. This case number will enable you to return the goods to our warehouse. Do note that without our notification, our warehouse would not accept any returned goods.
Thereafter, the product concerned should be returned to our warehouse with a case number & your information ( name / contact / address ) within 2 weeks from the date of order being placed, at your cost.
Once our warehouse has checked through the returned product and confirmed they are in the conditions as described above, we will process the exchange or refund.
